The hanging type of the platform balance type incorporated with fixed chute and manual clamp. Equipped with a caffolding for bag fitting.

＜Flow chart＞
In case of hoisting chute, inflate hose, unloading apparatus
Features
- Set bag mouth to the chute.*
- Hook bag string to the hook of clamp*
- Activate “inflate hose on”* inflate hose inflates
- Activate “start filling”*
- Chute position rises
- Tare weight deduction
- Bag inflation by blower
- Cut gate fully opens to start chute
- Gate goes to half open before specified quantity and chute small quantity
- Cut gate closes at specified quantity to complete filling.
- Hook of bag string clamp is released. Unloading of bag
- Unloading bag by forklift*

＜Chute part＞
Hoisting chute
Features
- Contract and expand
- Available 2 types : 2-stage hoisting type which lowers for easy setting of bag for filling into heavy bag or hard bag and multiple-stage hoisting type which is possible to modify initial position to fill different height bags, or possible to rise during filling preventing uneven filling.
- To prevent dispersion of powder to bellows,inside is dual tube structure.
- Low cost fixed chute is also available.*
＜Inflate hose＞
Features
- A rubber hose pasted entire circumference of the charging inlet is inflated by blower to seal bag mouth.
- As the expansion width is approx. 200 mm, applicable bag size is limited. Highly air-tight and easy and secure seal can be done.
＜Manual clamp＞
Features
- Sealing bag mouth by fastening semicircular clamps from both sides. Corresponds to different mouth sized bags in some extent. It is suited for handling many types of bags.
＜Slat conveyor＞
Features
- Caterpillar . shaped conveyor combining square pipes.
- Durable for conveying heavy items. As the top surface is flat, secures working on top. Possible to use for filling machineof platform balance type
＜Air Cylinder pushing out type＞
Features
- Air cylinder pushes bags loading pallet forward.
- Half protruding of bags enabling discharge easier.
- Being simple and light weight, possible to mount on hand down type.
